The situation

Wastewater had filled the toilet and did not drain when flushed. This was a shared commercial restroom with two cubicles, where repeated use could quickly lead to overflow.

Checking the concealed section

Warning notices about food waste and tissue were already posted. A spring cable was used to investigate the section that could not be checked visually and to assess the obstruction.

Equipment and cleanup

Spring and wet-vacuum equipment were prepared for the blockage and wastewater. The on-site photographs record the equipment, material recovered during work and the cleaned area afterward.
