STAYON CARE · EnglishDrain odor investigation
We ask where and when the smell occurs, then check traps and connections.
From checking to completion
Photos illustrate inspection points and equipment from real sites; they are reference examples rather than a single odor-removal sequence.
Step 1. Listen to the symptoms
Does the smell get worse when water is used or after a room is left unused? We inspect the area around the drain.

Step 2. Inspect traps and joints
We check the water seal and pipe connections. Additional inspection and costs are explained if internal contamination is suspected.

Step 3. Address the confirmed cause
Possible work includes repairing connections, servicing a trap or cleaning the pipe. The proposed method is explained in advance.

Step 4. Check and advise
We check the worked-on connections and drainage, and explain how to monitor recurrence and maintain the trap.
